Parental Guidance

If you are under the age of adulthood in your country or region, please talk with a parent or legal guardian before using paid features or making purchases related to JoqniX content.

This may include:

Super Chats and other paid messages.
Channel memberships or subscriptions.
Bits and similar platform features.
Exclusive or paid content.
Merchandise and other purchases.
Tickets or paid events.
Other services that require payment.

Different platforms and services may also have their own age requirements. Please make sure you meet those requirements before using them.

Parental guidance is especially important when money, personal information, or third-party online services are involved.

Payments & Purchases

Please never use someone else's credit card, debit card, payment account, or other payment method without their permission.

If you want to make a purchase or financially support JoqniX using a parent or guardian's payment method, ask them first and make sure they are aware of the purchase.

If a payment was made accidentally or without authorization, contact the relevant platform, payment provider, or merchant for assistance.

JoqniX cannot reverse or resolve payment disputes on behalf of third-party platforms.

Never use a payment method without the owner's permission. This applies even if you are trying to support JoqniX.

Community Participation

You are welcome to enjoy the JoqniX community, but please remember that online spaces involve interacting with other people.

When participating in JoqniX community spaces:

Follow the community rules and platform rules.
Do not share personal information publicly.
Do not share someone else's personal information.
Be careful when interacting with people you do not know personally.
Never feel pressured to respond to private messages or requests.
Tell a parent, guardian, or another trusted adult if an online interaction makes you uncomfortable.

You never need to share personal information, private contact details, or private social media accounts to be part of the JoqniX community.

Screen Time & Balance

JoqniX is here to be enjoyed, but it should never come at the expense of your everyday life.

We encourage younger viewers to:

Make time for school and other responsibilities.
Get enough sleep and rest.
Take regular breaks from screens.
Spend time away from online communities when needed.
Enjoy content at a pace that feels comfortable.

You do not need to stay online constantly to be part of the community.

Take care of yourself first. You can always come back to JoqniX later.

Content & Emotional Well-Being

JoqniX content may sometimes include emotional, dramatic, intense, or otherwise mature themes.

Not every piece of content will be suitable for every viewer, and something that feels comfortable for one person may feel different for another.

JoqniX combines entertainment, creative content, live interaction, and online community spaces. While we aim to maintain respectful and welcoming spaces, parents and guardians are ultimately in the best position to determine what is appropriate for their child.

We encourage parents and guardians to discuss:

Safe and responsible internet use.
Privacy and sharing personal information online.
Spending and purchases on online platforms.
Healthy screen-time habits.
How to respond to uncomfortable online interactions.
Respectful behavior toward other people in online communities.

If your child encounters something concerning within a third-party platform, such as YouTube, Twitch, Discord, or a payment service, please use that platform's available safety, reporting, and support tools.
