Before stepping into the virtual stage as JoqniX, the identity began as a childhood dream — a stage name envisioned for a future as a DJ and music producer.

Joq initially pursued this passion through music, but eventually encountered a creative block that led to a long pause and a journey into various other artistic pursuits.

During this time, Joq explored numerous creative paths:

• Art & Illustration
• Fashion Design
• GFX & 3D Artwork
• Competitive Esports (Pro-level)
• Handmade merchandise and zines

However, despite diving into these creative ventures, another deep creative block set in — leading to a period of discouragement and withdrawal from all creative efforts.

It wasn’t until Joq stumbled upon a recording of a Hatsune Miku Concert on YouTube that a spark was reignited. Inspired by the virtual music space and performers like Kizuna Ai, Kaguya Luna, and Minato Aqua, Joq decided to revive the “JoqniX” persona — this time, through the world of VTubing.

This rebirth wasn’t just a return — it was a transformation.

As a VTuber, JoqniX became the perfect medium to combine every creative pursuit once explored — from music to visuals to performance — into a singular, powerful purpose.

It marked the start of a journey toward becoming the truest self.
